At CMDesk, the security of our users' data is our highest priority. All data is protected with 256-bit AES encryption and end-to-end encryption protocols. Our servers are hosted in ISO 27001 certified data centers.

The data we collect includes: • Account information (email, password) • Device information (IP address, operating system) • Connection logs (start/end times) • Payment information (for billing) Data we never record: • Remote session content • Screenshots • File transfer content • Audio/video recordings

We use your data for the following purposes: • Providing and improving the service • Technical support • Security and fraud prevention • Legal obligations We never sell or share your data with third parties.

When you delete your account, all of your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Connection logs may be retained for 1 year due to legal obligations. To request data deletion, email us at privacy@cmdesk.help.
